Greenwood Fellows is a ten-month professional and spiritual development program that raises and equips recent college graduates to launch into adulthood well. Through formative mentoring and discipleship, professional job placements, Seminary courses, service in the city, and intentional community, the Greenwood Fellows will develop an understanding of how to express their discipleship with Jesus in all facets of life.

As job placements are a critical part of our program, we walk alongside our Fellows in the process of finding a part-time job in their field of interest. Through numerous partnerships in a wide variety of industries, we place our Fellows in positions that contribute to their professional development and offer them a sense of purposeful flourishing in the workplace.

Hosted out of Greenwood Community Church, Fellows of the program will be living with congregation members in and around the Greenwood Village area. As an intergenerational community, Greenwood will offer a wide range of stories, experiences, and mentorship opportunities.

Greenwood Village is also right down the road from the Denver Tech Center, Downtown Denver, Denver Seminary, and Capitol Hill. This creates wonderful opportunities for you to access the primary hub of thriving businesses, nonprofit outreach organizations, theological education, civic engagement, and the appealing big-city culture that Denver offers.

If Denver is an adventure-city bucket list item, Greenwood Fellows is a perfect way to participate in Kingdom Work while getting a full taste of the Colorado lifestyle. We are only thirty minutes away from main highways that offer prime Rocky Mountain access. We will fully enjoy the wide variety of Colorado outdoor leisure, including camping, hiking, fishing, rafting, skiing/snowboarding, and cabin retreats. As we develop our theology of whole-life discipleship, we will have immense fun doing so in God’s good creation.
